ANNUAL PET PRIME® MEMBERSHIPS
Wellness care throughout the year is important to help your pets live long, healthy lives. We understand that providing this type of care can be expensive.
That’s why we recognize our clients for their loyalty and trust in our healthcare team by offering the Annual Pet Prime® Membership that helps to spread important parts of your pet’s health care costs into monthly payments.
These plans provide a full 12 months of benefits and is accepted at any hospital in the All Care Veterinary Network. Plans automatically renew without an additional membership fee.*
*One time membership fee with initial enrollment in Pet Prime®. If at any time or for any reason your membership is cancelled or terminated and you wish to reenroll, the membership fee will be charged again. See Full Terms & Conditions when joining.

- Annual heartworm test
- Annual fecal test for intestinal parasites
- FULL YEAR SUPPLY of flea/tick and heartworm prevention dispensed 6 months at a time

• Canine Flu Vaccine provided upon consultation with your veterinarian - Two deworming treatments
- Fecal testing for intestinal parasites
- FULL YEAR SUPPLY of flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dispensed in a single or multiple doses based on puppy’s size)

Kitten & Adult Cat

• Kittens: Full kitten series of FVRCP (up to 4), Feline Leukemia and Rabies
• Adult Cats: includes any boosters required - Deworming treatments
• Two treatments for Kittens
• If needed for Adult Cats - FeLV/FIV testing for all kittens and for adult cats if needed
- Annual Fecal testing for adult cats to screen for intestinal parasites
- FULL YEAR SUPPLY of flea/tick and heartworm prevention
• Kittens: Dispensed based on kitten’s size
• Adult Cats: Dispensed 6 months at a time
